Tristan did a fantastic job of cleaning our furnace and air conditioning systems. He arrived right on time, was personable and informative about what he was doing, and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He spoke highly of CPI and told me it was a very good place to work. When I asked him about his training, he said CPI paid to send him to school. All in all, it was a very positive experience. I would recommend Tristan and CPI to anyone.

What do you do on a 90degree day and your rather old AC unit decides to stop working?? Call Carlisle Petroleum!! The entire experience with Carlisle Petroleum Inc was phenomenal from start to finish. Andy came to our home and was thorough with his explanation of the HVAC systems and install process. Once we decided to proceed, Andy was prompt getting it scheduled. The team that arrived to do the installation (Jim, Tristan and Andy) were considerate, professional and knowledgeable.They worked together efficiently and were very considerate of my home during the process. They even cleaned up all of the debris and insulation that had fallen onto my floors. I would most definitely recommend this company and its team members.

Our heat pump was showing signs of age so we had CPI come out for a review of our entire system, and since the prices seemed reasonable, we decided to replace our 30+ year old oil furnace at the same time. The crew showed up as scheduled with enough resources to finish both jobs in one day. We're very pleased with the efficiency of the crew and the product quality. Both units are much quieter and more energy efficient.

From meeting with Mike the President, to working with Amber the office manager, and all the employees who did the job, we experienced nothing but complete satisfaction and excellent customer service from CPI for our new furnace and air conditioning. Highly recommended!!

We have been customers of CPI for many years. Their service has always been prompt and professional. Their response time in addressing any area where assistance has been requested has always met and often exceeded expectations. The recent installation of our new air condition unit could not have been a more positive experience. The installers worked in excessive heat to promptly install the new inside and outside equipment and to remove and clean all work areas upon completion. They were informative, making certain there were no unanswered questions or concerns.

We recently upgraded to a new natural gas-fired furnace to replace our older unit. Mike from CPI came to our home to assess how to more evenly heat/cool our three levels of living space with a single-zone H/VAC system.We followed his recommendation and two of his professional staff installed our new unit, including cutting new vents and intake, within half a day. They were professional, clean, courteous, quiet, and efficient. They took the time to link our new thermostat to our WIFI and showed us how to operate the controls from wall unit or electronic device.They measured the air-flow at every heat/ac register in the house to do their best to provide comfort on each floor.CPI installed the original unit when the home was built nearly 20-years ago and have maintained our system ever since. They are easy to work with, offered flexible financing, and back up their work.

Great experience with this company when looking to install central air for our older Victorian style home. From the start they were quick to respond to our questions, and provide estimates. Once given the green light their timelines were right on. We were particularly impressed with the workers who were polite and considerate. We found them by accident and their name belies all the services they provide. We will definitely look to them again in the future.
