Founded by Michael Morrison as a sole proprietorship, our company underwent a significant transformation in 1992 when it was incorporated and the service division was renamed CPI Mechanical Contractors, with Michael Morrison assuming the role of President. This strategic move marked a milestone in our evolution, allowing us to enhance our capabilities and provide even more comprehensive services to our clientele.

In August of 2002, we made a pivotal decision to relocate to 1524 Commerce Avenue in Carlisle, strategically situated just off the Plainfield exit of I81. This move was instrumental in facilitating our growth, enabling us to expand both our office and warehouse areas. The expanded facilities empower us to meet and exceed the evolving needs of our customers more efficiently.
